Strawberry Matcha Latte Recipe
This matcha recipe is dairy free.
Ingredients
latte:
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 strawberries
- 2 oz hot water
- 3 oz oat or almond milk
- 1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha
- 2 oz nut pod sweet creme creamer
strawberries & creme topping:
- 1 strawberry
- 1 oz nut pod sweet creme creamer
Directions
latte:
- puree strawberries with honey and line bottom of cup
- sift matcha powder, add hot water, and whisk well
- add ice to cup
- pour matcha into cup
- mix milk and creamer, then pour into cup
strawberries & creme topping
- chop strawberries finely
- blend 10-15 seconds with creamer
- pour strawberry & creme blend into cup and enjoy
