Cute Galentine's Day Ideas

DIY Photo Coasters

Test out your crafting skills by doing a DIY project with your gworls for Galentine's day. Gather up your favorite pictures of your all time favorite women and create some fun coasters. Below is a picture of photo coaster I've made.

Materials:

• 4 Tile blocks: You can get these from Home Depot for under $1. Or you can find a pack of coasters from the Dollar store.
• Modge Podge Matte
• Modge Podge Sealer Spray 
• Modge Podge Sealer Glue
• Scissors
• Pictures
• Foam Brush
• 4x4 Self Adhesive Cork Squares

Directions:

1. Cut out your pictures to the size of your tiles.
2. Grab your tiles and the modge podge matte glue.
3. Paint a thin layer of glue on the front of your tile using your foam brush.
4. Place one photo onto the tile and let it dry for a few minutes. Be sure to rub out any bubbles
5. Once picture has dried firmly on the tile, paint a thin layer of modge podge sealer glue on the picture and let it dry for a few minutes
6. Once dried, spray the top with the modge podge sealer spray
7. Apply the self adhesive cork squares to the bottom of the tiles. Option to use modge podge glue for extra hold.

Charcuterie Board Party With A Twist

Galentine's Signature Cocktail

If you're hosting Galentine's day at your home, then having a signature cocktail will add a special touch. 

pink champagne margaritas

Ingredients

• 3 cups champagne
• 6 cups pink lemonade
• 1 1/2 cups tequila
• 1 1/2 cups triple sec
• 3/4 cup lime juice
• lime slices
• toppings - sugar sticks, pink sugar rims

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Rim glass with lime slices then dip in sugar or salt

Tea Party

Decorations

Every party needs cute decorations. Pick a theme for your Galentine's Day party and plan your decorations accordingly.

Cookie Swap

Whip up a batch of your favorite cookies or purchase some from your favorite bakery. Pair your cookies with a bottle of wine will make a sweet treat this Galentine's Day party.

Fondue Night

Grab a melting pot and have a fondue night. You can do melted cheese with assorted meats and veggies or melted chocolate with assorted fruits.

Secret Cupid

Karaoke Night

Call the girls for a fun karaoke night. Grab some mics and use YouTube or Apple Music karaoke for a fun time. You can also make some heart shaped pizza before the fun begins!

Schedule a massage day at the spa for a relaxing Galentine's day party. There will be massages, champagne, and more. Unwind with your girls at the spa.

Brunch

Some of my favorite bottles are Moet Ice Imperial, Viarae Prosecco, and Cupcake Mosocato D'Asti. As you can see I love wines that are on the sweeter side.

Attend a local candle making class or make your own at home. Everyone can make their favorite scent and remember the good times when they light it later.

Dance Class

Attend a pole dancing class or stiletto dancing class with your girls. You may even gain a confidence boost or can use what you learned for your significant other.

Photo Booth

Commemorate the night with a fun photo booth. Grab a polaroid so everyone can take their pictures home.
