Best Fitness Classes in Atlanta for Women

Finding the best fitness classes can sometimes be a little tricky. I'm going to highlight some of the best fitness classes in Atlanta.

The best thing about these fitness studios is that they are all apart of ClassPass. ClassPass is a monthly subscription service that allows you to book fitness classes at various studios. Fitness Studios in Atlanta

SculptHouse

SculptHouse follows the Lagree pilates method. Lagree was formed by taking key components of Pilates, such as core stability, flexibility, and muscle strength, and integrating them into a more dynamic workout using a machine to gain maximum benefits. Which equates to low impact exercises with high intensity strength class. 

My favorite class is their Cardio Sculpt class. This fitness class has 25 minutes of Lagree pilates and 25 minutes of HIIT cardio on a curved treadmill. This class is a burner!

Third Eye Tribe is another fitness studio in Atlanta that follows Lagree pilates. They offer a full 50 minutes of high intensity strength workouts. They recently began offering a cardio circuit class that I haven't taken yet, but it's on my to-do list. Third Eye Tribe was recently featured in Toya and Reginae, a new reality TV show on OWN.

The Daily Pilates offers your traditional pilates class. Low impact with low intensity strength workouts (except for HIIT class).

Barre3

Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. Their classes are guaranteed to get your heart rate pumping and muscles popping. I really like the modifications they offer for every fitness level.

Cyclebar

Cyclebar is for my spin girlies. Cylebar offers many high energy classes that will get your heart rate up with some toning in between. They have a board up in class where you can see your stats during class. You can see how you ranked after class on their app.

Burn Studios

Burn Studios offers a variety of classes such as sculpting, cycle, yoga, and more. I took their trampoline fitness class and boy did I sweat!

Highland Yoga

Highland Yoga is one of my favorite yoga classes. I typically visit the Buckhead and West Midtown locations. Their hot yoga classes will definitely give you a sweat session for sure!

YogaSix

YogaSix offers a variety of yoga classes, but my favorite is yoga sculpt. They have multiple locations throughout the Atlanta area.

STAT Wellness

STAT Wellness offers a combination of stamina, stability, and strength movement classes on top of the concrete medical recommendations to pinpoint your goals.

Club Pilates

Club Pilates studios offer low-impact, full-body Reformer Pilates-based workouts with a variety of classes that challenge your mind as well as your body.

Burn Boot Camp

Burn Boot Camp offers 45 minute strength and cardio classes. Additional services include childcare and nutrition programs.

Yonder Yoga

Yonder Yoga is another one of my favorite yoga studios. I love their hot yoga classes.

Solidcore

Solidcore offers high intensity pilates classes. 50 minutes with them will have your muscles toned! Their workouts utilizes slow and controlled movements to breakdown your muscles to build them back stronger than ever.

F45

If you like a challenge, then F45 is the place for you. F45 Training is functional group fitness, with the effectiveness and attention of a certified personal trainer.

RockBox Fitness

RockBox Fitness is transforming the way you work out. Their boxing-inspired fitness classes will help you lose weight, build muscle, and more.
