Word hard, but play harder is a motto I incorporate in my everyday life. I live for a mid-week hangout with friends or a night out for food and cocktails after a long week. I've complied a list of the top restaurants in Atlanta you should try. A good bit of my list features some black owned restaurants in Atlanta as well.

Must Try Restaurants in Atlanta
Pasha
Pasha is one of my favorite restaurants in Atlanta. It gave me all the Miami and sexy vibes. Pasha is located in the prestigious Buckhead Atlanta. They serve Mediterranean food with cute cocktails, provides a DJ with the hits, and of course, hookah. I ordered the Waygu meatballs and Mushroom pasta with added chicken. The pasta is by far one of my favorite pasta dishes. This restaurant would make a great dinner date night idea or a place to go for a girls night out. Dress to impress and be sure to make reservations.
Batsí
Batsí is a new restaurant that opened in Buckhead Atlanta. The artwork that they have displayed is absolutely gorgeous. The ambiance is a 10/10 for sure. While you're dining, dancers provide you with a show. Not only were there cute cocktail presentations, but the cocktails were absolutely delicious. I ordered the steak and it was juicy and tender. Hookah is also available. This place gets packed so make sure you make a reservation and be prepared to valet your car.
Jamaican Jerk Biz
If it wasn't for Keith Lee, I would have never heard about Jamaican Jerk Biz. Keith Lee did a food tour in Atlanta, and this was one of his favorite restaurants. He gave a 9/10 review for the rasta pasta. As a fellow pasta lover, I had to try it. Baby, the pasta did NOT disappoint!! It was so good. I can't wait to go back and try more items on their menu.
Katch Kitchen & Cocktails
Katch Kitchen & Cocktails is a new black owned restaurant in Atlanta. It's located right outside of the perimeter near Tucker. Don't worry, it's only a 20 minute drive. You can see the attention to detail the owners put in the decor as soon as you walk through the door. My favorite menu items were the crab salad sandwich and seafood nachos. You won't be disappointed!
Katch Kitchen & Cocktails VLOG
Rock Steady
Rock Steady is a black owned restaurant in Atlanta with a Caribbean flare. The low lighting gives the perfect ambiance for a romantic date night. Every time I've visited Roc Steady, the food was on point. After dinner, you can go upstairs to their cocktail lounge for a night cap.
5Church
5Church has two locations, one in Midtown Atlanta and one in Buckhead Atlanta. The location in Buckhead the cutest patio dining area. The location in Midtown has a sexy rooftop (Virtue Rooftop) overlooking downtown Atlanta. My favorite dish is the lamb burger with a Holy Water cocktail. Be sure to make reservations and be prepared to valet your car.
Mai Kitchen
Mai Kitchen is a Vietnamese hidden gem in Atlanta. Their rolls are so delicious. The cozy ambiance makes it perfect for date night with bae. Complimentary parking available.
Spice House Atlanta
Spice House Atlanta is one of my go-tos for Jamaican cuisine. I absolutely love their rasta pasta and jerk chicken eggrolls. They have various locations in Atlanta, but my favorite locations are Midtown and Buckhead locations.
The Vault hidden inside The Bank
The Vault is a speakeasy styled restaurant. It's located inside The Bank venue space. It's a small restaurant, so you definitely need reservations, but there's plenty of FREE parking. I of course had the pasta and it was delicious!

Babylon Cafe
Babylon Cafe is a mediterranean restaurant in Buckhead Atlanta. As you can see, I love mediterranean food lol. I loved the decor and ambiance. The front of the restaurant is an elevated dining experience, while the back area gives more of a lounge feel. They offer hookah, which is only available in the lounge. The parking lot is super small, so ride share is highly recommended.
