Everything I Tried at JINYA Alpharetta
Address: 1013 Alpharetta Highway, Roswell, GA
Cocktails
I decided to try JINYA's two newest cocktails, Dragon Fruit Fizz and Ringo Mule. The Dragon Fruit Fizz is a gin based cocktail. Love the flavor mixed with fizz. The Ringo Mule is a traditional mule but made with Hennessy instead.
Small Plates
Of course I had my ole faithful pork gyoza, but I also tried the spicy creamy shrimp tempura and salmon sushi. The spicy creamy shrimp is JINYA's version of bang bang shrimp which was delicious. It had a little kick to it, but it was not super spicy.
Ramen
I had my usual Tonkotsu (Classic) ramen, but I also tried JINYA's newest ramen, Birria Ramen. It DID NOT disappoint. It was very flavorful and taste just like birria. I can't wait to go back and have more!
