What is Laser Hair Removal
Laser hair removal is a non invasive aesthetic treatment that uses light to prevent hair growth by destroying the hair follicle.
How Does It Work?
Semper uses technology that emits a beam of light onto your skin. Your skin absorbs the light and turns it into heat. Your hair follicles absorbs the heat, thus preventing the follicle from growing. The technology used is medical grade Candela GentleMax Pro.

My Experience
I decided to go to Semper Laser to have laser hair removal on my underarms. The check-in process was seamless. During my consultation, my tech explain the process. She was very thorough and answered any questions that I had. My main question was would there be any pain and if so, how much. I had been given various answers from friends who had had the treatment before. She explained it would feel like a zap. She explained to me that she would start me on a level and if it was too intense, she could downgrade. I put on my safety classes and got started. I picked my underarms to have the treatment done. The laser indeed felt like a zap, little to no pain. I was done in about 15 minutes. Afterwards, she applied aloe vera gel to my underarms and went over the after care instructions. Below, you will see what my underarm after receiving my first treatment. I will update you on how the rest of my sessions go. I will have about 8-12 sessions.
