High Frequency Fridays – High Museum of Art Atlanta

Whether you're an Atlanta native or you're visiting Atlanta for the first time, High Frequency Fridays is the place to be. I've been a couple times since I relocated to Atlanta. I love the vibe and being able to do something other than a lounge and hookah. Don't get me wrong, I still love hookah LOL. 

What is High Frequency Fridays at the High Museum of Art Atlanta?

High Frequency Fridays is when happy hour meets an art party. You will be able to view art while a DJ brings all the vibes. Cocktails and light bites are available for purchase. This event happens every first Friday of every month.

Getting There

It is strongly suggested that you take a rideshare or MARTA to the High Museum, but if you must drive, make sure you purchase parking when you buy your tickets. Their garage tends to get full quickly.

• This event gives you an opportunity to view art, listen to music, and enjoy a few cocktails.
• There is more than one DJ providing the vibes.
• A lot of black culture in the building.
• Come as you are vibe. You can be as dressed up or dressed down as you like.
• Party vibes without having to be in a smokey club.

Cons of High Frequency Fridays

• It can get pretty crowded especially if a DJ is inside.
• If you arrive late, parking can be hard to find and the line to get in will be long.
