Things to do in Atlanta this weekend.
Welcome to PeachFest, where Georgia’s most iconic stone fruit takes center stage in a community-driven celebration. This isn’t just a festival—it’s a juicy tribute to sustainability, local agriculture, and the flavors that unite us. PeachFest is a testament to our vibrant downtown community and is 100% about supporting local farmers, celebrating culinary artistry, and savoring the sweet rewards of connection.
The lineup spans the festival’s full range of programming, from the floor tasting stations to the debut Spanglish Cocina Pop-Up and the new Peach Pit Bartender Invitational featuring 20 premier bartenders slinging peach cocktails with Coìdigo 1530 Tequila for the hopes of winning the grand prize of $1,000. There is no question, PeachFest guests will eat, drink and learn why peaches are Georgia’s signature fruit.
The Spanglish Cocina Pop-Up Experience showcases Puerto Rican culinary voices and diaspora cuisine. Featured participants include:
- Monti Carlo, senior food and dining editor at The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, who will headline the Spanglish Cocina Pop-Up Experience following the recent release of her debut cookbook, Spanglish: Recipes and Stories
- Hector Santiago, a three-time James Beard Foundation “Best Chef: Southeast” semifinalist and owner of El Super Pan in Atlanta
- Jose Mendin of Pubbelly in Miami
- Julio Delgado of Fogon and Lions and Minnie Olivia Pizzeria
