- The St. Regis Bar is introducing two new weekly offerings for guests looking to add a little luxury to their weekend plans. Available Fridays from 4–7 p.m., the new Buck-a-Shuck Oyster feature spotlights seasonal East Coast oysters served with yuzu and cucumber mignonette, Tabasco, cocktail sauce, lemon and saltine crackers.
- The weekend continues with Caviar Saturdays, featuring one ounce of Sasanian Supreme Osetra Caviar served with house potato chips, caramelized onion crème fraîche and chives for $95.
